Flexible Inkjet Marking Cell for PCBs
Pematech GmbH develops highly automated inkjet marking solutions for printed circuit boards, combining maximum flexibility, precision, and process reliability. Our marking cells are designed for industrial applications where PCBs may have varying positions or orientations.
At the core of the solution is a Pematech-designed cell and motion concept, allowing contour-accurate movement across the PCB. This enables single- or multi-line markings in various fonts and sizes, as well as freely definable marking angles up to 360°.
In the example shown, an inkjet system from Keyence is used, including an automatic cleaning station that reliably prevents ink from drying and reduces downtime. The solution is manufacturer-independent, however, and can also be implemented with other inkjet or marking technologies.
The result is a powerful, scalable, and industrial-grade inkjet marking solution that integrates seamlessly into existing production processes while ensuring high process reliability.
