To ensure the quality of your products, printed circuit boards and PCB assemblies and at the same time increase efficiency, we integrate test processes such as function testing (FCT) into our turnkey solutions. As a general contractor, we provide you with customized assembly lines and test lines to detect and eliminate defects in production at an early stage, minimizing costs and time spent on rework or repairs.

Ensure high quality standards
Nowadays, electronic components can be found in products from almost all industries, including the automotive industry, the energy sector, medical technology, the consumer goods industry, the lighting industry, industrial goods and the Internet of Things (IoT). If faulty components are installed, this can have serious consequences and cause very high costs for the manufacturer. Therefore, the testing of electronic components, printed circuit boards and printed circuit board panels is of utmost importance to ensure quality and increase efficiency.
In the functional test (FKT), DUTs are checked to ensure that the requirements needed for the application are performed correctly. In order to check these functions, the DUT is subjected to various influences in an automated line, for example:

Buttons, controllers or switches and other user interfaces, are operated and checked for functionality.

Environmental influences such as very high or low temperatures or humidity are imitated and the DUT is tested for its function during this time.

DUTs are exposed to changes at the electrical inputs, such as voltage interruptions. In addition, the reaction of the DUT to undesired influences, such as shutdown in the event of overvoltage, can be tested.

The processing of digital input signals can be tested.

Sensors are tested, e.g. with NFC.
